We propagate our plants in batches throughout the year and in spring always have lots of seedlings to pot on too. For those plants protected under Plant Breeders Rights (PBR) we have to obtain plug plants and grow these on until they are established in 1 litre pots. This collection is a list of plants that are currently growing on and establishing (in production). Most will be ready in 6-8 weeks and once they’re ready they’ll be shown in the Currently Available collection. They are currently NOT available to buy.
This collection will reflect plants propagated throughout Autumn 2021 which will be available for sale in spring 2022. See plant description for date of availability.

Fantastic foliage plants for those shadier areas of the garden or near a cooling water feature. They add wonderful texture, colour and form to any border or container and there are some which can even tolerate some sun. Perfect for adding a more naturalistic feel to the garden.

Often overlooked but a wonderful addition to borders, adding height and providing winter interest from those beautiful frosted seed heads sparkling like diamonds in the winter sun or simply just watch them move gracefully in the breeze. Our selections can be planted in full and/or partial shade, dry or moist soil.

We just had to include these wonderful plants in our collections. We find that the plants on the nursery and those grown in our garden at home provide shelter for overwintering insects, nesting material for birds, as well as the stalks and seed heads provide landing stages for our flying visitors. Grasses add amazing texture, colour and movement to any planting combination. Sunny grasses as we call them, come into their own from summer onwards and are an important part of the autumn and winter border providing structure and interest.
