Deeply divided green leaves often emerge in spring with bronze tints, which fade as the leaves mature. Tall spires bearing violet-blue, ‘hooded’ flowers appear in early and mid autumn. Flowers are a magnet for bees. 

Prefers a fertile, moisture retentive but well-drained soil in sun or partial shade. CARE: All parts of this plant are TOXIC 

Height: 30 - 48 inches / 75 - 120cm

Spread: 18 - 36 inches / 45 - 90cm
