An evergreen variety with mounds of dark green foliage. Deep reddish-pink flowers are produced in summer. Fantastic in scree or alpine gardens, growing over low walls or trailing over the edge of a container. Flowers are loved by pollinating insects especially bees.

Requires a well-drained soil in full sun. Trim lightly after flowering.

Height: 2 - 4 inches / 5 - 10cm                      

Spread: 6 - 12 inches / 15 - 30cm

AGM: The RHS Award of Garden Merit. Plants awarded an AGM are:

  • excellent for ordinary use in appropriate conditions
  • available
  • of good constitution
  • essentially stable in form and colour
  • reasonably resistant to pests and diseases
