A fantastic variety of sea holly with steel-blue, prickly flowers which are held on strong stems in summer. As they mature, the flowers become an intense, rich blue shade which also infuses the foliage which surrounds the blooms. Flowers are a magnet for pollinating insects.

Prefers a well-drained soil in full sun.

Height: 18 - 36 inches / 45 - 90cm

Spread: 18 - 24 inches / 45 - 60cm

Lynne's notes:

An absolute favourite of mine. It is superb. A real favourite with our customers too who don't seem able to resist when they see the plants for sale. It's a pollinators dream and you can hear the plant hum from quite a distance when in full flower.

Delivery Options
