Large, goblet-shaped flowers appear in spring before the fern-like foliage. Flowers are usually purple in colour with a bushy clump of golden-yellow stamens.

Prefers a well-drained soil in full sun. Do not move once planted as resents disturbance. 

Height: 10 - 18 inches / 25 - 45cm                      

Spread: 12 - 18 inches / 30 - 45cm
