Delicate, violet-blue flowers appear in spring and early summer over attractive, dark purplish-green, heart-shaped leaves.

Prefers a moist but well-drained soil in partial shade. Will tolerate drier soils once established. These violets are vigorous and will spread quickly.

Height: 8 - 10 inches / 20 - 25cm                      

Spread: 6 - 12 inches / 15 - 30cm
